NCCIA Quizzes Imam, Rizwan Over Alleged Dressing-Room Leaks

Pakistan cricketers Imam-ul-Haq and Mohammad Rizwan appeared before the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) in Lahore over alleged leaks from the dressing room during the recent England series. The inquiry follows a complaint filed by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).Both players were reportedly questioned for around four hours after receiving notices. Their mobile phones had already been handed over to the NCCIA for forensic examination, while the players have sought additional time to submit written responses. The PCB has declined to comment while the investigation continues. The case is considered unusual because a law-enforcement agency is investigating alleged dressing-room leaks while the cricketing controversy is still ongoing. Earlier cricket-related disciplinary cases, including the 2009-10 Australia tour and the 2010 England spot-fixing scandal were handled through separate cricketing or legal proceedings.
