Nvidia is considering investing up to $10 billion in Anthropic’s planned IPO, according to Reuters sources. Anthropic aims to raise as much as $100 billion , potentially valuing the AI company at around $2 trillion.
The investment would deepen Nvidia’s strategic relationship with Anthropic, which relies heavily on Nvidia GPUs. Anthropic is also expanding its partnerships with Amazon and Google to secure the massive computing capacity needed to support growing demand for its Claude AI models.
Anthropic is expected to complete the IPO before the U.S. midterm elections in November. The company was valued at $965 billion in its May funding round, while its annualized revenue run rate reportedly surpassed $65 billion by the end of July.
